Field-based entry-level role building and maintaining relationships with dental offices, coordinating outreach events, tracking referral activity, supporting marketing initiatives, and providing feedback from the field to support growth and engagement.

Provide daily IT operations support and OEM IT project management, including asset management, procurement, documentation, imaging, onsite/remote support, and coordination with MSPs. Develop project plans, runbooks, status reports, training materials, and ensure adherence to policies, SLAs, budgets, and schedules. Support deployments, infrastructure, networking, security, and cloud migrations while managing vendors and inventories.
