Lead business intelligence, reporting, and revenue operations using Qualifacts Credible EMR. Build dashboards, automate reports, ensure data governance, manage billing workflows, liaise with Qualifacts RCM, monitor billing performance and compliance (Medicaid/CCBHC), support audits, supervise reporting and revenue staff, and partner cross-functionally to drive data-informed financial and operational decisions.

Serve as a strategic HR partner administering benefits, leave programs, employee relations, compliance, HR operations, performance management, and engagement.
