Lead design and improvement of inclusive, standards-aligned K-3 special education curriculum. Develop IEPs, mentor and coach teachers, deliver professional development, evaluate programs using data, ensure compliance with special education laws, collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams, and implement UDL and assistive technology to improve student outcomes.

Provide administrative and clerical support for the Family Connections program: maintain confidential client records, prepare case documentation for audits, manage supplies and timekeeping, perform data entry and typing, coordinate scheduling and calendars, and support staff with document management and intake packet assembly to ensure smooth daily operations.
