On-site Senior Sales Manager responsible for soliciting, developing, and maintaining group accounts through direct sales to meet and exceed financial targets. Key duties include prospecting, building client relationships, negotiating and managing contracts, and closing group business. Requires hospitality sales experience and local market knowledge (Austin) preferred.

Execute property-level marketing and brand-consistent campaigns, coordinate on-site signage/collateral and event support, track campaign performance, liaise with corporate marketing, and support F&B, events, retail and other departments while leading and developing associates.

Provide HR administrative support including maintaining personnel records in the HRIS, new-hire processing, preparing personnel transaction reports, managing uniform inventory and purchase orders, processing termination paperwork, and serving as a point of contact for associates, applicants, vendors, and visitors.
