Coordinate with producers, carriers, and vendors, respond to client inquiries, maintain client records in CRM/Agency systems, identify upsell opportunities, and stay current on benefits trends and regulatory updates to support client retention and satisfaction.

Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts by servicing policies, handling renewals, endorsements, billing, and client inquiries. Quote new business across carriers, review accounts for coverage gaps and discounts, prepare re-quotes, support producers with sales and admin tasks, maintain agency management system records, and build client and carrier relationships to drive retention and growth.

Support a high-volume book of small-group employee benefits clients by handling renewals, eligibility updates, carrier communications, and routine service requests. Maintain accurate records, respond to client inquiries, assist with remarketing, and help develop improved processes while building foundational benefits knowledge through training and team collaboration.
