Administers multi-state leave and accommodation programs, including FMLA, ADA, paid leave, military, parental, and company-sponsored leave. Manages cases from intake through return to work, coordinates with third-party administrators, maintains documentation, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports employees with empathetic communication. Monitors legislative changes, conducts audits, tracks leave data, identifies risks, and contributes to process improvements and related projects.

Leads infrastructure migration and modernization projects, including email migrations, physical-to-virtual server conversions, data center moves, and distributed backup implementations. Assesses dependencies and risks, designs migration and recovery plans, executes testing and cutovers, coordinates stakeholders, validates security and data integrity, documents environments, decommissions legacy systems, and supports operational handoff.

Supports federal, state, and local tax compliance, audits, notices, sales and use tax activities, tax research, planning, and transaction-related reporting. Maintains tax workpapers and records, analyzes legislation and business transactions, evaluates tax risks, and collaborates with Accounting, Legal, management, external advisors, and taxing authorities. The role also contributes to process improvements, internal controls, automation, and special tax projects.

Create, edit, and proofread patient-facing content across social media, web, email, print, education, and marketing campaigns. Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Jasper to support content workflows while ensuring accuracy, compliance, brand voice, and readability. Manage enterprise social channels, scheduling, publishing, profiles, and basic performance metrics. Collaborate with marketing, design, and project teams, manage deadlines, and support tracking and measurement initiatives.
