Provide hands-on HR support across multi-site operations with primary focus on full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, manager coaching, offboarding, engagement, HR compliance, recordkeeping, and HR projects. Act as primary HR resource for managers and employees, support I-9/E-Verify, coordinate with staffing agencies, and travel to other facilities as needed.
