Coordinates and leads academic projects across a charter school, including special education, testing, primary person initiatives, post-secondary support, and academic programming. Partners with school and statewide leadership, develops professional development materials, communicates with stakeholders, supports school initiatives, builds relationships with students and families, and teaches or covers classes as needed.

Lead a one-year pilot to support incarcerated high-school students: design and run the CHC program, ensure aligned curriculum and virtual instruction, supervise staff, partner with the county corrections facility, monitor academic progress and compliance, and drive continuous improvement to increase engagement, credit accumulation, and graduation outcomes.
