Coordinates marketing and proposal development for a civil engineering firm. Responsibilities include tracking procurement opportunities, maintaining proposal files, coordinating proposal teams, gathering content and graphics, preparing SOQ submissions, developing internal and external content, supporting business development, and assisting with conferences and events.
