Lead end-to-end hardware and manufacturing data acquisition programs: scope customer needs, recruit and manage hardware experts, design collection workflows, ensure quality through metrics and review loops, coordinate cross-functional execution, and scale pilots into repeatable playbooks for robotics and manufacturing datasets.

Design and operate backend systems that ingest, process, store, and serve petabyte-scale video and sensor data. Build high-throughput upload/ingest, processing, indexing, retrieval, and access-control services. Own service quality, latency, uptime, capacity planning, cost, observability, and incident response. Coordinate distributed compute across cloud infrastructure and large GPU fleets to make data movement reliable and performant.

Own end-to-end delivery of customer datasets: gather requirements, build and harden ingestion/transformation/QA/export pipelines, define dataset contracts and quality metrics, query and slice large corpora for model fit, and drive tooling improvements. Serve as technical customer contact and translate ambiguous needs into reproducible, versioned datasets suitable for robotics/embodied-AI training.

Define and own dataset quality standards for robotics training data: labeling rubrics, ontologies, schemas, sampling, and acceptance criteria. Translate model needs into precise specs, build golden datasets and calibration tasks, iterate standards from model-failure signals, and partner with engineering to enable automated validation and enforceable standards across customer programs.

Build and optimize high-scale, compute-heavy mobile recording systems for iOS and Android. Own performance, reliability, long-running capture workflows, custom Android hardware-adjacent systems, and production monitoring, testing, and debugging for field deployments.

Lead Mecka's enterprise commercial sales: own full sales cycle, close pilots/POCs, build repeatable playbook, hire and develop the sales team, manage strategic accounts and partner relationships, coordinate deployments with operations and engineering, and drive renewals and multi-site expansions.
