The Human Resources Generalist handles employee relations, investigations, benefits communications, handbook updates, employment-law compliance, recruiting support, workplace safety initiatives, employee surveys, DEI and culture programs, HR reporting, and employee events. The role partners with HR, recruiting, benefits, finance, health and safety, and operational teams while supporting multiple restaurant locations across DC, Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania.
