Lead grant development and community partnership initiatives, managing the full grant lifecycle from prospect research through compliance and reporting. Build funder and partner relationships, coordinate cross-functional projects, maintain donor and grants management systems, support stewardship and sponsorship fulfillment, prepare funding recommendations and leadership reports, and assist CEO with strategic fundraising and special projects.
