Lead multidisciplinary transportation projects from planning through construction, managing scopes, schedules, budgets, and technical deliverables. Ensure compliance with AASHTO, ADA, MUTCD, ODOT, and WSDOT standards, produce civil sheets and PS&E packages, mentor junior engineers, engage clients and public agencies, and support construction through RFIs, submittal reviews, and site visits to deliver community-centered transportation infrastructure.
