Lead and manage Montclair State University's Dreamscape Learn immersive learning initiative, overseeing studio operations, VR/AR course delivery, staff supervision, scheduling, equipment maintenance, LMS integration (Canvas), partnership development, budgeting, program assessment, and growth of immersive learning experiences for students and external partners.

Provide front-office administrative support for the Student Recreation Center: customer service (email/phone/in-person), scheduling and reservations, supervise and train student staff, maintain records and equipment inventory, assist with bookkeeping and procurement, troubleshoot Fusion software, support marketing/data reporting and KPI monitoring, coordinate events and outreach, and perform other office tasks to maximize departmental efficiency.

Provide administrative, operational, and financial support for NJ PBS. Manage budgets, grants, purchase orders, vendor relationships, onboarding, office operations, scheduling, travel, and compliance documentation while supporting the General Manager.
