Supports and improves the enterprise risk management program for a credit union, including risk assessments, controls, KRIs, dashboards, regulatory monitoring, and risk reporting. Manages business continuity, business impact analysis, disaster recovery, and organizational resilience programs. Partners with stakeholders to identify critical functions, establish recovery priorities, conduct preparedness exercises, and strengthen mitigation strategies. Provides training and liaises with executives, auditors, consultants, and examiners.

Administers and supports EECU’s servers, databases, storage, SAN, and virtual machines. Responsibilities include database architecture, SQL data analysis, performance monitoring, backup and recovery, replication, security administration, audits, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, server deployment, regulatory compliance, documentation, and technology implementation. The role collaborates with help desk staff, vendors, managers, and internal teams, participates in on-call coverage, and may work evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Plan and execute community outreach and financial-wellness programs across the Central Coast. Deliver presentations, build relationships with schools and community organizations, support branch event participation, identify target membership groups, and adapt materials to meet community needs. Travel regularly within the assigned territory and coordinate vendor and school engagements.
