Supervise daily gatehouse/scalehouse operations, lead and schedule staff, ensure accurate vehicle weighing and ticketing using scale software and WasteWorks, manage customer interactions, cash handling, manifests, and enforce waste acceptance policies to maintain efficient facility throughput and customer service.
