Troubleshoot and resolve dealer and lender product issues, perform root cause analysis, document findings, and communicate resolutions. Support dealership F&I teams through product training, workflow guidance, and utilization improvement. Maintain product expertise, knowledge-base documentation, utilization metrics, and customer follow-up. Recommend product and process enhancements while providing occasional after-hours coverage.
