Support accounts payable by processing and coding invoices and payments (checks, ACH, electronic transfers), matching POs and receiving documents, reconciling vendor accounts, investigating disputes, analyzing AP metrics (DPO, trends), driving process improvements, supporting month-end/quarter/annual closes, backing up Concur expense processing, and assisting auditors.

Support business technology by developing Power BI dashboards, low-code Power Apps/Power Automate solutions, validating and analyzing data with SQL, improving data governance, participating in SDLC, providing user support and training, and automating business processes to increase efficiency and data accuracy.

Plan, direct, and coordinate construction projects from proposal through closeout. Establish schedules, staffing, budgets, and work plans; read drawings/specifications; negotiate with owners and subcontractors; supervise project assistants and coordinate with regulatory agencies. Prepare reports, mentor staff, support business development and safety compliance, and travel frequently to project sites.

Lead and execute business development strategy for the K-12 market: identify opportunities and partners, develop marketing and account plans, prepare budgets, support proposals and interviews, and cultivate relationships with internal teams and trade associations to drive growth.
