Provides front-line HR support including visitor/email triage, student and adjunct hiring/onboarding, HRIS data entry and file maintenance, benefits and unemployment processing, workers' comp intake, and HR intranet updates. Partners with Payroll and Financial Aid, maintains compliance with employment laws, assists with surveys and HR correspondence, and recommends process improvements.
