Lead detailed mechanical design for complex process and manufacturing projects including piping and HVAC systems. Perform complete electrical and instrumentation design for complex industrial projects, produce installation details, MCC single-lines, control panel layouts, cable schedules and specifications for 480VAC and 15kV/5kV equipment, coordinate with teams, provide on-site startup assistance, mentor junior drafters, prepare cost estimates, schedules and man-hour budgets, and ensure adherence to CAD and company design standards.

Lead and execute the Shreveport DCS Migration Program, managing program and project planning, budgets, contracts, engineering deliverables, client relationships, team coordination, change control, reporting, construction support, and project closeout. Develop AFEs, validate estimates, ensure schedule and financial control, and mentor project staff.
