Execute and supervise capital projects onsite including scope development, detailed design, construction monitoring, equipment selection, cost estimating, bid evaluation, and regulatory/safety compliance. Prepare process flow diagrams, P&IDs, design calculations, and project documentation while coordinating designers, contractors, and manufacturing stakeholders.

Lead and supervise engineering teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to quality standards. Manage commercial contracts, project controls (cost, schedule, quality), client relations, change management, reporting, construction support, and project closeout. Validate estimates, coordinate resources, and mentor team members.

Perform routine and preliminary electrical and instrumentation design under supervision: produce single-line diagrams, control panel and room layouts, conduit/cable schedules, calculate voltage drop, lighting, wire sizing and tray fill, review vendor drawings, assist drafters, support on-site startup, and coordinate with other disciplines to meet project requirements.

Serve as the on-site liaison between construction crews and engineering: review and track construction drawings and revisions, manage and prioritize RFIs, communicate statuses, and support construction coordination under minimal supervision.

Lead and supervise electrical/instrumentation engineering teams to deliver designs, estimates, specifications, and construction documents. Ensure compliance with codes, prepare single-line diagrams and equipment specifications, perform calculations (voltage drop, short-circuit, conduit/tray fill), develop estimates/schedules, review vendor drawings, and provide project control and client communication.

Lead mechanical engineering deliverables for pressure vessel and piping projects: perform stress analysis, design calculations, material and procurement specs, review vendor/fabrication drawings, support field startup, estimate costs/schedules, and mentor engineering staff to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Perform routine electrical and instrumentation design tasks under supervision, producing layouts, schematics, calculations, material take-offs, and vendor drawing reviews. Support on-site startup, collaborate with other disciplines, assist drafters, and develop conceptual layouts and cost studies to deliver estimate-level and detailed design documentation.

Design and produce electrical and instrumentation engineering deliverables for process and manufacturing projects, including calculations, layouts, specifications, vendor drawing reviews, estimates, and construction support. Provide technical guidance, ensure compliance with codes (NEC) and standards (ISA), support startup, and coordinate with multi-discipline teams under general supervision.

Plan and maintain schedules for heavy industrial construction projects, apply Earned Value and productivity analysis, manage change notice/change order processes, support constructability and quantity/duration estimating, and coordinate with engineering and contractors to forecast activities and resolve schedule/safety conflicts.

Lead business development to grow market position and revenue: prospect and qualify clients, develop proposals, lead pricing and negotiations, build client relationships, and represent the company at industry events.
