Lead technical engineering on EPC projects, support the Project Manager on cost, schedule, and client coordination, ensure multi-discipline deliverables, enforce quality control, manage engineering budgets and schedules, resolve inter-discipline design issues, and review 3D models and P&IDs.

Manage moderately complex engineering projects from planning through closeout: scope, schedule, budget, contract administration, change control, team leadership, client relations, document reviews, construction support, and project reporting.

Perform routine mechanical engineering design tasks under direct supervision, including piping layouts, preliminary estimates, detail calculations, vendor drawing reviews, stress/flexibility analysis, drafting support, and on-site startup assistance. Work with cross-discipline teams and follow department design standards.

Design and produce complex electrical and instrumentation engineering deliverables (single-line diagrams, motor control, cable schedules, specifications). Lead small-to-mid projects, perform calculations, develop layouts, review vendor/fabrication drawings, provide field and startup support, mentor junior staff, and produce cost estimates and schedules under general supervision.

Perform routine instrumentation and electrical (I&E) design tasks under close supervision: create and maintain P&IDs, single-line diagrams, motor schematics, I/O and logic drawings, panel schedules, cable tray routing, and MTOs; conduct field measurements and as-built documentation; support project schedules and work in operating chemical plant environments.

Perform electrical and instrumentation design for process/manufacturing projects: produce calculations, drawings, MCC single-lines, control panel layouts, cable/conduit routing, vendor reviews, cost estimates, and construction support including startup and fieldwork. Coordinate with other disciplines, mentor junior staff, and apply NEC/ISA and company CAD standards using AutoCAD or MicroStation.

Manage moderately complex engineering projects end-to-end: scope, schedule, budget, contracts, project controls, documentation, team leadership, client relations, construction support, and closeout while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Lead the Electrical & Instrumentation discipline for industrial projects, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and delivery. Provide technical authority on electrical/instrumentation design (including medium-voltage systems up to 15kV), review deliverables, manage project controls and estimates, mentor staff, coordinate across disciplines, and support proposals and business development while working from the Beaumont office.

Lead and supervise electrical and instrumentation design teams to deliver E&I drawings, specifications, calculations, and estimates. Produce motor control, power, lighting, conduit/tray, grounding, and equipment specs (480VAC, 15kV/5kV). Mentor staff, coordinate cross-discipline design work, perform field startup support, develop schedules, budgets, and staffing plans, and use AutoCAD/MicroStation and PLC/HMI/DCS programming knowledge under minimal supervision.

Support troubleshooting and process design for industrial-scale ethanol plants: develop P&IDs and equipment specs, perform material and energy balances, design control systems, analyze operations to reduce cost and time, lead operator activities, run tests, and apply chemical engineering principles to environmental problems. Collaborate with senior engineers and manage project tracking.
