Lead instrumentation scope with service providers, prepare drawings/specs, apply industry codes, perform quality checks, manage deliverables/schedules, and support process improvements using engineering software tools.

Lead project cost control and scheduling for heavy industrial projects: produce budgets, forecasts, and funding reports; develop WBS/CBS and integrate cost with schedules using MS Project/Primavera and SAP; support PMs during bidding and change management; perform cost forecasting for AOP; coordinate with Finance, Maintenance, contractors, and central controls teams to improve cost predictability and reporting.

Support process design tasks under supervision including conceptual layouts, preliminary and detailed calculations, vendor drawing reviews, drafting support, field data collection, and construction support while applying process safety and department standards.
