Serve as the technical-sales liaison for shell-and-tube heat exchangers: review inquiries and drawings, define scope, support estimating and proposals, coordinate with engineering and shop teams, evaluate repair scopes, communicate with customers, and drive opportunities to award in a fast-paced fabrication and repair environment.

Produce high-volume design and content across multiple B2B industrial brands, including presentations, collateral, digital campaign assets, trade show graphics, and HubSpot-published content. Apply brand standards across brands, support technical content creation with subject-matter experts, manage multiple projects to deadline, and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and events.

Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules in Procore for industrial construction and fabrication projects. Coordinate with PMs, superintendents, procurement, and subcontractors to track progress, identify critical paths, produce reports/dashboards, forecast manpower and materials, and improve scheduling processes.
