Lead and train the ruminant sales team while building and growing profitable customer relationships. Analyze feedlot performance, develop cattle marketing and risk protection strategies, create sales and marketing plans, cross-sell agronomy/feed/grain/lumber, maintain customer databases, resolve complaints, and grow new accounts.

Develop and maintain producer relationships to grow grain procurement and market share. Provide market insights, manage grain contracts and settlements, support hedging and risk management, coordinate with merchandisers, operations, logistics, and accounting, and ensure efficient movement and grading of grain during peak seasons.
