Monitor and analyze inventory valuation, production run rates, variances, material and freight costs. Develop and maintain standard costs, process monthly cost allocations and closings, manage inventory master data and BOMs, support physical inventories and audits, prepare sales/use tax returns, document procedures, assist EDI onboarding, and perform periodic plant visits to improve costing accuracy and efficiency.

Administer and support core business systems, gather and document requirements, build reports/dashboards, manage integrations and vendors, perform UAT and QA, train users, and resolve application issues to improve operational efficiency.

Conduct inspections, audits, and investigations; coach leadership; interpret OSHA/MSHA/DOT/HAZMAT regulations; support industrial hygiene, safety metrics, budgeting, and regulatory relationships. Travel across five states to support operations.

Manage and mentor corporate accounting staff; ensure general ledger accuracy and GAAP compliance; lead external audit; maintain fixed asset and inventory records; manage bank transfers, sales/use tax, and financial controls; support system improvements, cost-reduction and acquisition activities; prepare internal financial reports and partner with management on budgets and financial decisions.
