Provide administrative support to the sales team by preparing and organizing DMV/bank documents, verifying signatures and data accuracy, collecting payments, uploading digital files, logging deals in TripPad, and maintaining deal jackets and workspace. Communicate issues, assist sales managers, and perform other assigned tasks while protecting customer confidentiality.

Sell new and used vehicles to meet dealership profit, volume, and customer satisfaction goals. Maintain product knowledge, perform pre-delivery inspections and road tests, deliver vehicles and explain features/warranty, follow up with owners, comply with retail auto laws, attend training and sales meetings, and meet sales quotas and margin targets.

Perform accounts payable and vendor management tasks including coding, invoice processing and posting, vendor setup and reconciliation, responding to vendor inquiries, monthly bill payment, and general office supply ordering and administrative support.
