Administers student tuition accounts, payment plans, collections, reconciliations, and financial aid processes. Reviews applications, tracks awards, maintains confidential records, communicates payment and aid information to families, prepares reports, and supports process improvements. The coordinator collaborates with Finance, Admissions, school leadership, and the Business Office while providing compassionate customer service and ensuring accurate application of financial policies.
