Partner with commercial teams to manage end-to-end P&L: lead month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, variance and trade analyses, build financial models and automation, and provide data-driven insights to support pricing, promotions, and new-product decisions.

Provide high-touch executive support and manage corporate and satellite office operations and facilities. Handle complex calendars, confidential matters, procurement/invoice processing (Ivalua), board meeting support (Diligent), and process improvements. Administer and manage plant learning programs and the MPOWER LMS, develop and deliver training content and onboarding, lead Train‑the‑Trainer, coordinate schedules, assess training effectiveness, partner with cross‑functional teams, and ensure compliance with safety and audit training standards.

Monitor state and federal legislation, assess business impact, develop advocacy strategies, manage Ocean Spray Political Action Committee (OSPAC) including FEC compliance and filings, track funding opportunities, and support federal and global policy work with research, tracking, and presentation materials.

Lead commercialization and supply readiness for Foods & Beverage portfolio by coordinating cross-functional teams across Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, Procurement, and Customer Operations. Manage launches, promotions, portfolio changes, capacity planning, S&OP/IBP inputs, scenario analysis, and network/contract manufacturing coordination. Use ERP/planning systems and analytics to inform decisions, track readiness, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement and governance.

Manage and maintain corporate IT infrastructure including servers, storage, portal/web applications, and UNIX/Windows systems. Deploy, configure, patch, and troubleshoot systems, support cloud migrations and IaC, work with vendors and project teams, and ensure reliable, secure environments across departments.

Design, build, and deliver enterprise integrations (APIs, middleware, event, batch) across SAP and integrated platforms. Lead technical design, interface documentation, monitoring, and AMS support oversight. Ensure scalability, resiliency, SLA adherence, and alignment with enterprise architecture while driving performance and continuous improvement.

Own and administer plant learning systems and content (Mpower LMS), develop curriculum and courses, run train‑the‑trainer and onboarding programs, coordinate training schedules, evaluate training effectiveness, partner with cross‑functional teams and external vendors, and act as site champion for training initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

Configure planning systems and develop master production schedules and inventory plans. Manage inventories and distribution center supply, optimize deployment strategies, maintain WMS/RedPrairie, lead inventory processes and supervise planning support roles to meet production and cost objectives.
