Supports the Law Librarian with administration, collection development, technical services, legal reference, and patron assistance. Provides legal research guidance to attorneys, self-represented litigants, court staff, and the public; develops programs, research guides, and web content; and refers patrons to appropriate agencies. Collaborates on modernizing legal information access and responsive library services.

Leads Washington County’s Human Resources Department and serves on the County Leadership Team. Oversees workforce strategy, talent development, compensation and classification, personnel rules, labor relations, organizational change, supervisor training, and HR operations. Supports and optimizes Washington County’s Workday HCM and Applicant Tracking System. Responsibilities include end-user support, troubleshooting, business process configuration, reporting, user security management, data integrity, testing, upgrades, integrations, and enhancement deployments. The role partners with HR, recruiting, IT, and stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutions, manage HRIS projects, develop training materials, and provide data-driven recommendations.

Supports criminal prosecution operations through legal case data entry, quality control, electronic case-file creation, court-document processing, records research, and real-time court tracking. Reviews and corrects case information, manages reports and supplemental documents, maintains profiles and sentencing records, and monitors hearings and communications. Provides training, mentors team members, supports specialized diversion and deflection processes, and handles sensitive criminal justice materials while collaborating with attorneys, law enforcement, and court personnel.

Supports Washington County’s Information Security Division by analyzing technology and network security issues, identifying threats and anomalies, recommending solutions, coordinating with infrastructure teams and vendors, and communicating technical findings to diverse audiences. The role contributes to governance, risk and compliance, incident response, business continuity, and vulnerability management. It requires professional IT analysis and support experience, continuous cybersecurity learning, an Oregon driver’s license, and an extensive background check.
