Serve as primary customer contact for orders, ensure contract fulfillment, coordinate with production and engineering, manage change orders and payments, maintain order documentation, support customer visits and represent the company at client events.

Provide strategic and operational HR leadership for WEG Transformers USA. Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, org design, talent strategy, compensation and benefits, change management, employee relations, US labor law compliance, talent management, talent acquisition partnership, global mobility/immigration for North America, HR team development, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
