Manage change, configuration, and project tasks for electrical and electro-mechanical product lines. Maintain software parameters, SAP BOM structures, and backwards compatibility. Coordinate cross-functional teams, support field service with patches, drive projects from inception through service, and troubleshoot production and SAP-related issues.

Design, build, and implement manufacturing tooling and equipment; troubleshoot assemblies; create work instructions; support safety, productivity and quality improvements; implement new parts/products; create facility layouts and spec equipment; communicate with production staff to resolve issues.

Create and execute detailed test plans and automated scripts to validate and verify CNC machine features and G-code. Run and inspect test parts, research parameters and anomalies, log bugs, and validate/releases software versions while collaborating with engineering and service teams.

Design and improve manufacturing processes and tooling, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and machine geometry, develop work instructions and floor layouts, own projects to completion, support shop-floor problem solving, and mentor junior staff as needed.

Prepare and analyze manufacturing cost reports, maintain cost procedures, manage GL accounts (WIP, PPV, standard cost changes), perform SAP cost attachment and audits, support standard cost updates and inventory/cycle count analysis, and train colleagues on SAP cost logic.

Installs, configures, and maintains LAN/WAN infrastructure, servers, switches/routers, wireless APs, and cabling. Troubleshoots connectivity and peripheral issues, manages directory users and email/Internet systems, documents network configurations, coordinates installs and third-party maintenance, and trains/supports users.
