Plan and execute sourcing strategies, manage supplier/vendor relationships, analyze spend to identify savings, lead e-procurement migration and training, supervise deployed offices, report key metrics, and drive continuous improvement and negotiation efforts.

Coordinate and manage Sorensen Center Fellows and Affiliate groups; supervise and train student employees; plan and execute programs, budgets, evaluations, and campus collaborations to advance Christ-centered leadership development.

Provide individualized academic advising and success support for prospective, pre-nursing, undergraduate, and graduate nursing students. Advise on degree planning, registration, admission and licensure requirements, and academic policies. Develop success plans, connect students with campus resources, support admissions and scholarship processes, coordinate advising communications, and collaborate with faculty and staff to improve student retention and advising services.

Supervise HR Operations Specialists and lead daily HR functions for Continuing Education: recruiting, onboarding, payroll coordination, Workday support, I-9 and compliance, ACA reporting, and escalated HR issue resolution. Partner with CE leadership, HR, and IT to support classroom and online HR operations and process improvements.

Support the Exercise Sciences department by coordinating graduate and undergraduate programs, events, curriculum and class scheduling, HR and student employee operations, academic advising, data collection/reporting, office management, and general administrative support for faculty and students.

Serve as a technical consultant and architect for faculty and student researchers: gather requirements, design and document architectures for storage, compute, databases, SaaS, and integrations, recommend enterprise solutions, coordinate with OIT teams, track implementations, identify service gaps, and research emerging technologies to improve campus research capabilities.

Manage industry partnerships and the Mechanical Engineering Capstone Program by securing sponsor projects, mentoring students and teams, coordinating events, overseeing sponsor agreements and IP processes, and leading communications and continuous improvement efforts to enhance student professional development and industry engagement.
