Manage end-to-end fund financial reporting for real estate funds and SPEs, lead monthly/quarterly close, prepare financial statements and investor reporting, maintain general ledger and waterfall allocations, coordinate with fund administrators and auditors, and drive process improvements to ensure accurate, timely reporting.

Lead and scale a 3–4 person investor relations team overseeing investor onboarding, records management, quarterly distributions, and complex investor escalations. Partner cross-functionally (Finance, Legal, Accounting) to standardize SOPs, ensure data integrity in Juniper Square, and implement AI/automation to streamline workflows and reporting.
