Manages daily operations and overall performance of a residential community. Supervises onsite personnel, hiring, training, safety, maintenance, contractors, leasing administration, marketing, resident relations, vendor purchasing, banking deposits, and accounting procedures. Ensures compliance with Fair Housing and company policies, oversees property inspections and repairs, resolves resident concerns, supports retention and occupancy goals, and reports financial and operational performance to the Regional Property Manager.

Supports multifamily revenue management through rental pricing, lease expiration, concession, renewal, and market analysis. Monitors property performance, competitive trends, occupancy, leasing activity, and pricing KPIs. Recommends and executes property-level strategies, leads bi-weekly pricing discussions, produces reports, and evaluates implemented strategies to improve occupancy and revenue performance.
