Lead development and commercialization of new products from idea to launch, using consumer insights, cross-functional collaboration (R&D, Marketing, Sales), business cases, and budget management to meet brand and financial objectives.

Lead a Customer Supply Chain team to ensure order-to-delivery excellence, build senior customer supply chain partnerships, define scorecards and KPIs, drive efficiency and network consolidation, influence policy and programs, and manage team hiring, training, and performance.

Lead commercialization and retail initiatives for yogurt brands by developing sales strategy, using syndicated and POS data, partnering with Field Sales, Brand Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to forecast, prioritize innovation, build data-driven presentations, and ensure execution and financial feasibility.

Manage the order-to-delivery process for assigned accounts, ensuring accurate order creation, fulfillment tracking, and policy adherence. Communicate with customers and internal teams, resolve issues, monitor service metrics using Excel and SAP, drive customer analytics and service improvements, and complete required documentation to meet service level expectations.

Support omnichannel marketing by owning coupon execution and budget reconciliation, analyzing campaign and coupon ROI, forecasting volumes, tracking redemptions, coordinating in-store materials, and delivering actionable post-program insights to Sales, Finance, and agency partners.

Handle incoming consumer contacts via phone, email, and mail; log cases accurately; resolve concerns empathetically; support promotions and fulfillment; maintain records and collaborate with Quality for continuous improvement.
