Manage vendor invoices and purchase orders, process and schedule payments, reconcile vendor statements, maintain AP records, support month-end close and accruals, resolve billing issues, collaborate with purchasing/receiving, ensure internal controls, prepare AP reports, and assist with other accounting tasks.
