Design HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for institutional, commercial, healthcare, and tenant-fit projects. Perform load calculations, select equipment, produce and coordinate project documentation, assist with site surveys, proposals, and specifications, and collaborate with project teams while maintaining drafting standards.

Lead mechanical department operations including reviewing engineering plans, ensuring technical quality, managing schedules, budgets, and resource planning, mentoring staff, supporting business development and client relations, overseeing billing and project scope changes, and ensuring safety and compliance.
