Owner of Park Hills DealCloud platform and BI initiatives: partner with global business teams to manage and leverage data, build reporting and analytics, implement enterprise data solutions, perform testing and data quality checks, and provide technical and stakeholder support.

Lead Workday platform initiatives including upgrades, module deployments, configuration, testing, integrations and user support. Manage cross-functional projects, drive adoption, reporting rationalization, platform performance, and platform rollouts across business verticals.

Support senior recruiters across the full lateral hiring lifecycle: sourcing, initial outreach and screening, interview coordination, candidate briefings, pipeline management, offer/onboarding logistics, ATS data integrity, reporting, and process improvement with a focus on financial services talent markets.

Support global corporate and partnership tax matters including ASC 740 tax provision preparation, forecasting tax expense and cash taxes, coordinating partner reporting and K-1s, working with outside advisors on compliance, documenting tax controls for SOX, managing indirect tax filings, researching technical accounting issues, and leading process improvement projects.

Lead end-to-end accounts payable and corporate expense operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and policy-compliant payments. Maintain vendor data, oversee corporate card and T&E programs, enforce SOX-aligned controls, and detect anomalies via analytics. Drive procure-to-pay and T&E modernization, select and implement platforms, build KPI dashboards, and increase straight-through processing. Manage distributed onshore/offshore teams and communicate performance and transformation roadmap to senior finance leadership.

Provide legal advice to PJT Park Hill on engagement agreements, fund-raising mandates, commercial structuring, regulatory compliance (SEC, FINRA, international fund marketing), and third-party/vendor agreements. Draft, review and negotiate contracts, coordinate with compliance and corporate functions, interface with clients and external counsel, and support cross-business projects including strategic advisory and restructuring matters.

Support private equity fundraising by managing project logistics, drafting offering memoranda and marketing materials, coordinating roadshows and due diligence, completing LP questionnaires, conducting research and origination, and maintaining client and firm presentation materials for senior partners.

Support Industrials-focused strategic advisory by evaluating and structuring M&A and other strategic alternatives, performing diligence, valuation and financial modeling, conducting industry research, preparing client materials, and participating in client meetings and negotiations.

Lead HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, HR systems and reporting. Manage and mentor an HR operations team, drive process improvements, oversee HR compliance, audits, and expense forecasting, and partner with Finance and other HR functions to implement technology and change initiatives.

Serve as an Application & Data Product Manager driving product vision, roadmaps, and end-to-end delivery for data and business-facing applications. Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, document data flows and processes, manage vendors, oversee development/testing/releases, handle BAU/enhancements, and deliver dashboards and analytics while ensuring risk mitigation, QA compliance, and stakeholder communication.
