Serve as a strategic HR leader supporting three manufacturing plants and a distribution center. Oversee payroll, timekeeping, HRIS, FMLA and ADA tracking, and database management. Advise supervisors on grievances, compliance, and discipline. Lead wellness and safety coordination, supervise HR clerks/timekeepers/reception, and support compensation projects, community relations, and miscellaneous HR operations.
