Lead and execute multi-year fundraising strategy to grow contributed revenue, personally manage a major gifts portfolio, close six- and seven-figure gifts, design and run a capital campaign, expand institutional and corporate funding, build development systems and team, and partner with senior leadership and the board on revenue forecasting and organizational strategy.
