Perform monthly and annual general ledger accounting for residential rental properties, prepare financial statements and tax reports, conduct financial analysis, and support special projects. The role requires knowledge of US GAAP, strong analytical skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and preferably experience with MRI or similar property management software and real estate accounting.

Provides administrative and operational support for a property management office, including filing, scanning, data entry, record maintenance, and leasing documentation. Delivers customer service to current and prospective residents, manages telephone communications, and helps maintain accurate resident interaction records. Requires proficiency in Excel and Word, strong communication, organization, dependability, multitasking, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
