Support and lead aircraft certification projects from planning through approval. Interface with FAA and international authorities, prepare and review certification plans and compliance data, liaise with DERs, monitor regulatory changes, and collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, and flight test teams to ensure airworthiness.

Support BD team operations by managing proposal schedules, content libraries, and document production; maintain CRM and pipeline hygiene; build dashboards and reports; perform competitive intelligence and win/loss analysis; document processes and improve sales/proposal workflows; onboard BD members and handle administrative coordination.
