Leads NEPM’s annual fund and major-gifts strategy, overseeing approximately $2 million in philanthropic revenue. Manages the Murrow Society patron program, donor acquisition and stewardship, revenue forecasting, portfolio development, events, and board engagement. Supervises and coaches two fundraising professionals, partners with the NEPM President and GBH teams, and represents the organization throughout Western Massachusetts. Local travel and occasional evening or weekend work are required.

Manages a portfolio of approximately 150 prospects and donors, developing cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies to achieve engagement, retention, and revenue goals. Conducts donor meetings and communications, supports the Murrow Society patron program, prepares proposals and reports, collaborates with development colleagues, and records donor activity in the CRM. The role requires local travel and occasional evening or weekend work.

Supports community and government relations through event coordination, stakeholder communication, administrative operations, community outreach, and partnership support. The role manages event logistics, records, schedules, research, advisory board activities, and communications while assisting with family- and youth-focused programming. It also helps create welcoming, safe experiences for children, families, community members, government representatives, and organizational partners.

Supports GBH’s video editing technology by troubleshooting hardware, software, network, operating system, and application issues. Manages and improves post-production workflows, administers editing and storage systems, supports infrastructure projects, coordinates with production and technology teams, assists vendors, trains colleagues, and implements system changes. The role requires flexibility for production schedules and onsite work in Boston at least two days weekly.

Reports general assignment, breaking, enterprise, and higher-education news across digital and radio platforms. Generates story ideas, conducts interviews, builds sources, writes and produces accurate stories under deadline, and collaborates with newsroom teams on broadcast, web, social, and video coverage. Requires strong news judgment, independent reporting ability, familiarity with Boston and New England, and availability for Wednesday-Sunday schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Oversees budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, reporting, accounting coordination, purchasing, contract management, and financial operations for Technology and Facilities. Advises leadership on financial decisions, maintains technology and software asset inventories, supports equipment purchasing, ensures policy compliance, and contributes to organization-wide finance process improvements and system enhancements.

Supports procurement and supplier management for IT and Physical Plant departments. Responsibilities include supplier onboarding, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contract administration, invoice coordination, procurement reconciliations, travel program support, month-end close activities, and vendor relationship management. The role partners with internal stakeholders and Accounts Payable to resolve purchasing issues and maintain efficient procure-to-pay processes.

Manage a portfolio of ~150 major donors and prospects, identify and cultivate six- and seven-figure gifts, create solicitation strategies and proposals, steward donors, collaborate with program and executive staff, track activity in CRM, and support fundraising events and campaign goals.

Lead strategy and hands-on execution of multi-channel digital fundraising campaigns (email, SMS, landing pages), manage campaign production and cross-functional stakeholders, write donor-focused copy, define segmentation and lifecycle automations, run A/B tests, analyze performance, and develop templates and playbooks to optimize acquisition, retention, and revenue.
