Provides administrative, reporting, RFQ, technical, and project coordination support for the commercial organization. Maintains Salesforce, sales dashboards, forecasts, customer documentation, quote logs, and technical files. Coordinates Sales, Estimating, Engineering, Customer Service, and Operations throughout RFQs, customer onboarding, qualification projects, samples, and production launches. Prepares executive reports and market research while tracking timelines, action items, and cross-functional deliverables.

Manages sales revenue and customer relationships within an assigned territory. Develops business opportunities, executes sales strategies, qualifies prospects, manages the quote-to-close process, updates CRM records, coordinates with inside sales, and provides consultative solution selling. The role analyzes market and competitive trends, recommends extrusion design improvements, supports customer retention, and works toward annual sales quotas. Travel to prospects and customers is required, along with occasional production-floor exposure.
