Perform first-level failure analysis on returned servers/workstations: visual and component-level inspection, troubleshooting, use oscilloscopes/multimeters, assembly/disassembly, document root-cause analysis, generate reports and present findings to clients and internal teams (including Asia), work in customer lab, and follow established procedures.
