Diagnose and repair tablets, laptops, desktops and all-in-ones (hardware and software). Disassemble/reassemble components, replace parts (LCD/HDD), meet daily unit/KPI metrics, perform setups and software installations, and maintain warehouse organization and safety.

Provide administrative support to the executive management team including travel coordination, errands, event and meeting planning, internal communications, procurement and distribution of promotional items, mail handling, basic inventory tasks, and company photography. Maintain bulletin boards, support morale and safety programs, respond to staff requests, and complete ad hoc projects in a warehouse environment with occasional physical demands.

Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, cost allocations, and month-end close; reconcile accounts and bank statements; support GAAP/IFRS adjustments with Taiwan HQ; handle AP/AR, journal entries, tax documents, and audit package preparation; coordinate with Treasury and other departments; implement warehouse cost and efficiency initiatives; assist on accounting projects and maintain accurate financial records.
