Manage sales activities and revenue goals across assigned Cape Cod accounts. Manage HR Managers/Generalists/Coordinators, standardize policies, ensure multi-state compliance, design scalable HR processes, support acquisitions and integrations, partner with Payroll/Benefits/Safety, coach managers, and reduce escalations while fostering an inclusive work environment.

Drive territory sales by building and maintaining account relationships, visiting customers, covering routes as needed, hitting sales and placement goals, leveraging merchandising and POS materials, attending weekly sales meetings, and providing excellent customer service. May perform other duties and requires travel within the region.

Administer and manage multi-state employee leave programs (FMLA, ADA, PFML, state leaves, military, STD, workers' comp) from intake through return-to-work. Determine eligibility, issue notices, track leave durations and intermittent leave, coordinate overlapping claims and vendors, facilitate ADA accommodations, ensure compliance across 17 states, educate employees/managers, and maintain records, reporting, and audits while coordinating with Payroll, Benefits, HR, and third-party administrators.
