Maintain and improve fundraising data quality and CRM systems, perform prospect research, build reports and dashboards, support list pulls and segmentation, provide basic Salesforce administration and troubleshooting, document SOPs, and collaborate with fundraising teams to streamline workflows and support donor engagement.

Lead and supervise the fundraising operations team to ensure accurate, timely gift processing, donor acknowledgements, and financial reconciliation. Manage Salesforce NPSP and Sage Intacct posting, lockbox/vendor relationships, SOPs, SLAs, quality assurance, and process improvements. Partner cross-functionally to scale operations and maintain donor-centered, compliant workflows.

Support Development Operations by maintaining SOPs, tracking projects in Asana, managing legacy donation and donor documentation workflows, assisting stewardship and donor-facing materials, identifying process improvements, and supporting cross-team operational tasks and special projects.
