Lead strategic sourcing for indirect spend: run RFPs/RFQs, negotiate contracts, manage suppliers, track KPIs, perform spend analysis, and drive cost-saving and process improvements while ensuring compliance.

Lead preparation and review of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K), ensure GAAP and SEC compliance, manage SEC supporting schedules, XBRL tagging, and SOX controls. Coordinate with auditors, FP&A, tax, legal, and international teams; provide technical accounting guidance including ASC 805, equity accounting, and disclosure drafting. Drive process and system improvements, manage people, and support ad hoc financial reporting projects and regulatory updates.

Lead strategic eCommerce relationships with major online retailers to drive revenue, optimize digital shelf performance, execute retail media and promotional strategies, analyze sales and retailer analytics, build forecasts, and coordinate cross-functional execution including supply chain, marketing, and finance.

Manage payroll tax compliance across federal, state, and local jurisdictions, coordinate filings/payments, maintain vendor integrations and file feeds, support audits and year-end reporting (941s, W-2s), troubleshoot discrepancies, process payroll-related AP transactions, and partner with Payroll, HR, and Accounting to ensure accurate, timely payroll operations.

Prepare and issue accurate invoices, monitor and reconcile customer accounts, post cash receipts, submit disputes, process credits/refunds/write-offs, produce aging reports, support month-end close, track AR metrics (DSO), and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve billing issues.
