Prepare supporting schedules, workpapers, reconciliations, and journal entries for quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K). Support audits, disclosure checklists, technical accounting research and memos, monitor GAAP/SEC updates, and collaborate cross-functionally on financial disclosures and ad hoc projects.

Manage accounting department and month-end close, review journal entries and reconciliations, ensure GAAP-compliant consolidated financial statements, support external audits and SOX compliance, lead process improvements, assist financial systems migrations, and perform special financial analyses to support growth.

Lead tax accounting activities including month-end close, ASC 740 income tax provisions, federal/state and international tax filings, GILTI/FDII/BEAT compliance, transfer pricing support, audits, post-acquisition tax integration, and tax automation initiatives.

Prepare and issue accurate invoices, monitor and reconcile customer accounts, post cash receipts, submit disputes, process credits/refunds/write-offs, produce aging reports, support month-end close, track AR metrics (DSO), and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve billing issues.
